Travel group testimonial
A welcoming local host.
A memorable tour.
On behalf of Xperience World Travel, I am pleased to provide this endorsement for Alicia following the exceptional experience we had with her during our Pickleball Tour to Bratislava and Vienna in the summer of 2025.
From the very beginning, Alicia was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly kind. She played an important role in coordinating our pickleball experience in both Vienna and Bratislava, helping arrange the times and locations for our group to play and being personally present to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her hands-on involvement and attention to detail gave both our travelers and me tremendous confidence throughout our time in each city.
Traveling internationally with a group often comes with unexpected needs, and Alicia consistently went above and beyond to assist us. As visitors from the United States, we especially appreciated her willingness to help with everything from communicating and translating requests with locals to assisting with last-minute restaurant, food, and pharmacy needs. No request ever seemed like an inconvenience; she was always gracious, patient, and ready to help.
What impressed us just as much was the genuine warmth Alicia showed toward every member of our group. She even took the time to get on the court and play with some of our less experienced pickleball players, encouraging them with patience and humility and making sure they felt included and comfortable.
Alicia was an outstanding representative of the local and expat pickleball communities in Vienna and Bratislava. Her professionalism, local knowledge, reliability, and genuine care for our travelers contributed greatly to the success of our tour and helped make the experience truly memorable.
As the owner of Xperience World Travel, I would confidently recommend Alicia to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and welcoming local pickleball contact or host in the Vienna and Bratislava area. I would be delighted to work with her again on future group travel experiences.
Thank you, Alicia, for everything you did for our group. You helped make our journey very special, and we sincerely hope our paths cross again soon.
